There aren’t enough hours in the day.
I wish I could find more time.
I’m so busy.
These are the catch cries of modern day life. We have 24 hours in each day, but we fill them up so much that it never seems enough. Time is constantly running out, we’re feeling under pressure to get things done and we don’t ever seem to have space to breathe. Our days are running on fast forward, or that’s what it feels like.

Gratitude Journals are quite popular. The idea is, that you write down five or ten things you are grateful for, at the end of each day. I love the concept of putting your focus on the positive, however I'm less excited about the words themselves, grateful and gratitude.
To me the word grateful creates an inference that you have received a favour or something at someone else’s expense.Grateful seems to imply that you should! It’s an expectation. The impression you make on your first meeting with someone new is always crucial. You can’t take it back or hit therewind button in real life. If you make a negative or incorrect impression it can take several meetings to turn it around (even then it might not).
